Clarify your needs, values and aspirations. Identify the ways in which tech supports or distract you from them. Envision a relationship with tech that you feel great about.

It’s important that we ask the right questions. Instead of asking yourself “Do I like this game/app?” Ask: “How does this game/app make me feel?”

This allows us to separate the focus from how much time we’re spending on something vs. how it impacts us on a human level.

Here’s a worksheet I prepared for you. Take some time (takes less than 20 minutes) and fill it out.
