How we spend our days is how we spend our lives.

Setting a new baseline for yourself By removing all non-essential tech from your life, you’ll become more aware of the cravings, urges, habits and addictions that used to shape your behavior. This is important — you can now see, how strongly this technology influenced you.

This also is an opportunity for inquiry: We can fill the void with meaning.

Routine + Meaningful Intention + Community = Ritual Don’t just add another thing to the list of habits you’d like to have. With clear intentions, great design, and a community of like-minded people, you’ll experience the joy of rituals that actually support your needs, values, and aspirations.
