For years I've been passionate about the relationship between technology, human attention, and human potential. We have work to do as a species, and I believe we won't be able rise to the occasion if we're addicted to cheap dopamine.
This led me to the project of reimagining human-computer interaction in the face of persuasive technology and limbic capitalism.
God-like technology is playing the game of human attention against us. Our monkey brains are systematically hijacked and exploited. As our attention is stolen, the very foundation of human freedom and agency is undermined.
What are we going to do about that?
